ACCESSIBILITY

A calm experience should be usable.

Ways to use the website, and a direct route to tell us about a problem.

Built-in choices

You can use a keyboard, skip to the main content, choose light or dark appearance and follow visible focus states. Breathing follows the device reduced-motion preference with a stationary guide, and decorative motion respects that preference. Guided sessions provide their original source scripts. No audio starts automatically after a reload.

Reading and reflow

The layout adapts to small screens and uses relative text sizing. Browser zoom and text enlargement are supported. The background player stays available, with page spacing designed to keep focused controls visible above it.

Verification and known limits

We check representative routes in desktop Chrome at mobile and desktop widths, measure contrast and keyboard visibility, and run automated accessibility checks. This is bounded testing, not a claim of WCAG certification or proof that every assistive technology works.

Physical Safari/iOS, all screen-reader speech combinations and locked-device audio remain unverified. Audio recordings do not have a textual equivalent of every ambient sound, but their names and descriptions explain the textures.

Report a barrier

Email to2000dk@yahoo.com with the page, the task and your browser or assistive technology if you want to share it. Avoid private health details.

You can also use the transcripts and reads when audio is unavailable.
