GUIDED MEDITATION
A little guidance. Room to breathe.
Choose your theme, your time and the amount of guidance that feels right.
Before you begin
These recordings are for everyday wellbeing, not medical care. Some make stronger claims than the evidence supports. Statements about anxiety, safety, the nervous system and performance should not be treated as established medical facts.
Keep breathing comfortable and unforced. Stop if you feel dizzy, distressed or short of breath. Do not use a recording to decide whether symptoms are harmless or to delay medical help. Feeling calmer does not show that danger has passed. Read the recording guidance.
An introduction, then your chosen practice time.
Find a comfortable place. Let your breath move at its own pace.
About the recordings
Experiences vary. Anxiety has different causes and is not adequately explained as unused energy. Breathing and brief pauses are not a proven fastest route to calm, a reset of the nervous system, or a guarantee against chronic stress, illness or performance decline. These recordings do not establish that short and long practices offer equal benefits, that every practice changes particular brain pathways, or that the body will respond predictably.
A racing heart or other symptoms may have causes that need medical attention. Seek appropriate medical advice for symptoms that concern you. The session script below is a reference for the recording, read alongside this guidance.
